Refund policy

Rashguards & Shorts – Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for rashguards and shorts once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on. As these items are form-fitting and designed to be worn directly against the skin, these items fall under the hygiene exemption of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Please Note:

• Unopened and unworn rashguards and shorts, still in their original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

• To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging and in unused condition.

• If the packaging has been opened or the product has been worn, we regret that we cannot accept the item for return due to hygiene considerations.

Tracksuit Hoodies & Bottoms – Returns Accepted

Tracksuit hoodies and bottoms may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• Original tags have been removed

• The item shows signs of wear or washing

• The item has been altered in any way

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
