Cancellation policy
At 𝑴𝑶𝑶𝑺𝑬 Fightwear, we aim to provide flexibility while keeping our processes fair and transparent. Please review our cancellation terms below before placing your order.
Standard Purchases
• Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• After dispatch, customers may instead request a return only if the item is eligible, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Preorders
• Preorder items are reserved specifically for you and may take additional time to ship depending on restock dates.
• Preorders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After this period, cancellations are not accepted as stock is already allocated and production or fulfilment may have already begun.
• If you no longer want your preorder after this window, you may request a return only if the item is eligible, in line with our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
Important Notes
• Items that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (including rashguards and shorts) are not eligible for cancellation once dispatched, even if unused.
• Items eligible for return (such as tracksuit hoodies and bottoms) must meet all return conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
• The product is no longer available,
• Payment cannot be processed, or
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity.
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us at moosefightwear@outlook.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order qualifies under this policy.
