Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 𝑴𝑶𝑶𝑺𝑬 Fightwear. We want to make sure you know exactly how and when your order will reach you. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

Processing Times

All orders for items are processed within a maximum of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Preorders:

If you purchase an item that is listed as a 'preorder' or 'out of stock', please note that your order will ship once the item becomes available. Preorder shipping times may vary depending on restock dates. We will keep you updated and your order will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs clearance times.


Domestic Shipping (within the UK)

Standard shipping within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days.

• Heavier orders may incur a higher shipping rate, which will be clearly shown at checkout.


International Shipping (outside of the UK)

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

 International deliveries may take longer due to customs processing in your country.

Some destinations or order weights may not be eligible for automatic checkout. In these cases, please contact us for a shipping quote.

• If we are unable to fulfil your order to your address, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


Weight & Order Limits (International)

Due to shipping costs and carrier restrictions:

• EU orders may incur a higher shipping rate for heavier parcels.

• USA orders are limited to parcels up to 3.5kg.

• Rest of World orders are limited to parcels up to 2kg.

If your order exceeds these limits, shipping may not be available at checkout. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist with a manual quote where possible.

 

Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

• All import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you are unsure about potential costs, please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

 

Unclaimed International Orders

If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you by email once the item is received back.

Customers may request:

• Re-shipment (new shipping costs apply), or

• A refund for the item(s) value (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

This request must be made within 45 days of that initial email. If no response is received within this period, the order will be considered abandoned, and the order will be restocked without further notice or refund.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. You may also contact us at moosefightwear@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist.
